Welcome to the Timberbirch Broadmoor Athletic Association (T.B.A.A.) web site. We are proud to provide this site as a service to our club, coaches, players and families as well as our tournament guests. T.B.A.A. was founded in 1964 and today has over 1,000 players participating in our recreation and travel programs. Our club is a volunteer, non-profit association, administered by elected officers and an appointed Executive Board. We are affiliated with the New Jersey State Youth Soccer Association.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our club=s mission statement can be simply stated as follows:

1. Promote the spirit of sportsmanship.

2. Promote healthy competition.

3. Promote the highest level of soccer by developing each player and team to its highest potential.

4. Promote the development of teamwork, friendship and loyalty.

5. Promote the benefits of lifetime fitness habits.

6. Promote the encouragement of leadership and character

TRAVEL TEAMS:

To accomplish the above goals, the club fields teams in all age groups of differing abilities where players can compete against teams of similar abilities. We sponsor boys teams that compete in the South Jersey Soccer League and girls teams that compete in the South Jersey Girls Soccer League. These are competitive leagues whose emphasis is to develop competitive teams at various levels of play. We are proud of all of our teams and players and we note with special pride that many of our teams have captured Conference championships at all levels of competition.

RECREATION SOCCER:

Our club has always strived to provide a fun, pressure-free environment for our recreation players who are just starting out on their long soccer career. Our recreational program begins at age 4 where we start to teach our young players soccer fundamentals, ball skills, good sportsmanship and teamwork, all in an enjoyable, non-competitive environment. T.B.A.A. is at the forefront of utilizing modern small-sided formats which have proven to be successful in achieving our goals.

ANNUAL SOCCER TOURNAMENT:

As part of our club=s commitment to a total soccer program, we run one of the area=s most exciting and competitive soccer tournaments for teams of all skill levels. Each year, our pre-season tournament, which is held the weekend before Labor Day, hosts over 140 teams from several states. If you desire more information, please check out our Tournament page.

LOCATION:

T.B.A.A.=s Valleybrook Complex is located on Golfview Drive, just off Little Gloucester Road in beautiful Gloucester Township. A great amount of work and expense have been put into our playing fields and they are now among the best in South Jersey. If you need more information, please check out our Field Directions page.

WHERE & WHEN WE MEET:

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 8:00 P.M. at our Valleybrook Clubhouse. Please feel free to attend a meeting and get involved.
