Coaches, Players and Parents: The T.B.A.A. Soccer Tournament Committee would like to
invite you to participate and enjoy our 27th Annual Pre-Season Soccer
Tournament which will be held on August 27th through 29th. As in
past years, our Tournament fills an important role in providing a safe,
fun and competitive opportunity for teams of all levels to prepare for
their Fall Season.
In 2009, we hosted over 145 teams from all over New Jersey,
Pennsylvania & Delaware. The Tournament Committee makes every
effort to create a totally enjoyable soccer weekend, such as:

Most games will be played at one location: The
Valleybrook Sports/Glen Landing Middle School Complex in Gloucester
Twp.,
NJ.; |

Much time and effort is put into game scheduling and
thus it is very rare that anyone has more than a two-game break
between games; |
|
Concessions are plentiful and above the normal
tournament fare; |
| Soccer vendors are on-site for your shopping needs; |
We do follow the New Jersey guidelines regarding the
awarding of participation awards to all of our U-8, U-9 & U-10
players. We do, however, put a great deal of effort into bracketing
the teams in these age groups in order to provide the most competitive
situation permitted. We also provide
each of these young players with actual trophies rather than medals,
etc. It is our goal to provide all of our players with a
"real" tournament experience that is both fun and challenging.
We have filled to capacity in each of the last few years
and last year we played host to over 145 teams which was a tournament
record. Unfortunately, we had to turn teams away due to field
limitations,
so please send your applications in early to avoid being shut out.
